How long am I committed?
The subscription runs for at least three months. After that you can cancel any month, with one month's notice. You pay monthly by automatic direct debit.
Are there setup costs?
No. We do the onboarding together in a live call, and it's included in the price.
Who counts as someone who sends quotes?
Every colleague whose sent quotes NĀRO follows up, so every connected mailbox.
When do I get my money back?
If you don't win a single job in your first quarter on a quote NĀRO follows up. You request it through contact@gonaro.ai, within 30 days after that quarter.
Can I try it for free first?
No. After one month you can't see yet what follow-up brings in. That's why we guarantee the whole first quarter: no job, and you get that quarter back.
